Double Shot Of Hahn

Greg Hahn returns to South Florida for two shows this week. The Applause Planner recommends catching at least one.

DELRAY BEACH – Greg Hahn is returning to South Florida this week, much to comedy fans’ delight.

And he’ll be performing in two of South Florida’s best comedy settings.

A favorite of the “Bob and Tom Radio Show,” Hahn will be bringing his frenetic, often absurd, style of comedy to Jennifer Hellman’s Lettuce Laugh series at the Farmer’s Table in North Palm Beach on Friday.

One day later Hahn will drive a little further north to Fort Pierce where he’ll headline at the Sunrise Theatre. His performance there about a year ago had the audience howling.

Both shows feature a strong supporting cast. Casey Peruski will feature for Hahn at the Farmer’s Table on Friday, then serve as host – along with Spaz McGoorty – on Saturday. Hellman hosts her Friday night show.

The Applause Planner encourages comedy fans to take any opportunity to see Hahn perform. Friday’s show is the pick for this week in large part because the show is raising money for Comics Crushing Cancer.

Tickets for Friday’s show are $30. Saturday’s tickets are also $30 at the door, $25 in advance.

FRIDAY, MARCH 25, 2022
Pompano Beach Brewing Showcase – Pompano Beach Brewing Company, Pompano Beach
A mix of South Florida’s most recognizable and up-and-coming comics are scheduled to perform on this Friday night. Jeff Dolezal, Chelsea Perry, Corey Cognac, Lonnie Cox, Chad Ridgely and Al P are all on the bill, with producer Charly Esturilho serving as host. Tickets for the 8 p.m. show are $10. And there will be a taco and ceviche truck outside the show.

DL Hughley – Palm Beach Improv, West Palm Beach
DL Hughley can currently be heard nationwide as host of his own afternoon radio show “The DL Hughley Show” which is syndicated in over 60 cities across the country. Hughley shot his 11th stand up special “DL Hughley: Contrarian” in Philadelphia. The special is currently available on Netflix. In June of 2018 Harper Collins released Hughley’s third book How Not To Get Shot, And Other Advice From White People. The book, a satirical conversation about race relations, became Hughley’s second book to reach the New York Times Bestseller List. He’s performing two shows on Friday and Saturday, with one more on Sunday. Tickets start at $40.
