Wanda Sykes is so funny that paramedics had to help a man who laughed too hard
A Wanda Sykes fan nearly died from laughing at one of her jokes during a recent stand-up comedy event.
The comedian said the man “was laughing so hard that he puked, he vomited, and then started choking on his vomit.”
Sykes recalled the incident while appearing Monday on “The Late Late Show with James Corden” People reports. Sykes said she was performing in Memphis, Tennessee, when she sent her security team to check on an audience member who had started choking on his vomit while laughing at her jokes.

On March 19, Adam Sandler will become the 24th recipient of the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor at Washington, D.C.’s Kennedy Center Concert Hall.
The star-studded affair will feature appearances from key Sandler collaborators like Jennifer Aniston, Drew Barrymore, Chris Rock, Conan O’Brien and Steve Buscemi. Rather than relax after his major achievement, the “Hustle” star will continue to hustle.
