Even better for those of us at Applause Break, we love exposing those few comedy fans unfamiliar with Jim Gaffigan (believe or not, there are some) to his brialliance.
He possesses a wonderful ability to take something familiar, even taken for granted, and make the audience reassess their understanding. Plus, it’s just plain funny.
Gaffigan is one of the current comedy giants, having launched his comedy career nearly 30 years ago. He’s performed several comedy specials; acted on TV and in movies; and in 2020 was nominated for a People’s Choice Award for Favorite Comedy Act.
